Shipping Charges for Refunds and Returns
  • A flat shipping fee of ₹50 is non-refundable, even if the product is returned.
  • Customers must bear the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  • Refunds for eligible returns will be processed after the returned product is inspected and approved.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for the following:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Digital products once downloaded or accessed.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Services that have been fully rendered.
